摘要
作者从1971年1月～1988年6月开展小儿麻痹后遗症矫治手术3649次,总有效率95％以上,本文结合该组病例对手术时机,手术设计和术中,术后注意事项进行讨论并介绍了几个具体手术的应用与改进。
Since Jan. 1971-June 1988, 3649 cases of sequelae of poliomyelitis were trea ted with operation in this hospital. The total rate of effectiveness was 95%. In this paper, the optimal time for operation, operative design and peri—operative cares were discussed in detail. Several essential application and improvement of operation were recommended.
