谈谈臀肌挛缩症的诊断与治疗(附11例报告和误诊分析)

Gluteal Muscle Contracture

作者报告11例臀肌挛缩症,男8例,女3例。均为双侧。9例作了手术,效果良好。作者叙述了本症的临床表现,诊断要点及手术治疗方法。认为防止漏诊误诊的关健在于加深对本症的认识;手术成功在于以大转子为中心处挛缩臀肌的彻底松解。

The author reported 11 cases of gluteal muscle contracture. There were 8 males and 3 females. All patients had bilateral involvement. 9 were operated on, giving satisfactory resuits. The author believes that the key to prevent mis-diagnosis being the understanding to this disease; and that key of operation-is releasing of the contracture of gluteal muscle thoroughly around the greater trochanter of femur.
