应用三关节融合术治疗严重僵硬马蹄足畸形

Treatmement of Severs Talipes Equinus with Lambrinudi Operation ( A Report of 10 Cases)

本文报告10例严重僵硬马蹄足畸形,踝关节活动范围在0°～20°,TM角平均182°,均采用Lambrinudi三关节融合术治疗,10例病人平均随访7年6个月。其疗效采用客观评价,主观评价及功能评价的方法评定,结果取得了满意疗效。

The cases of severe talipes equinus were reported.The movement of ankle joint ranged from 0 to 20 degree, average TM angle was 182 degree. All cases were treated with Lambrinudi operation, 10 patients were followed up for 7 years and 6 months in average. After objective, subjective and functional evaluation, the result Was effective and good
