马蹄足矫正术后膝关节不稳(附6例报告)

Instability of Knee Joint after Correction of Post-polio Talipes Equinus (A Report of Six Cases)

本文报告6例脊髓灰质炎后遗症马蹄足畸形患者,畸形矫正术后出现膝关节不稳。其中4例有轻度曲膝畸形,经再手术矫正;1例肌肉广泛瘫疾,行臀肌功能重建术;1例因症状较轻拒绝治疗。从生物力学角度探讨了膝关节不稳的原因。认为下肢负重力线后移,使重力在膝关节处产生向前的分力为主要原因;其次为跟腱延长术后小腿三头肌作用减弱及膝关节受力情况的改变,与骨形状的改变不相适应所致。

This paper reported six cases of instability of knee joint which had been treated With correction of post-polio talipes equinus. Four patients Were cured by correction of deformity of the knee joint because they had slight flexion contraction. One had treated by reconstruction function of gluteal muscles. We approached to reasons of instability of knee joint on biomechanics. At first, retrusion of gravity line in lower limb caused component force deviating forward at the knee. Next, it reduced the strength of triceps muscle of calf after calcaneus tendon lengthened.
