膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形的治疗(附148例报告)

The Treatment of Flexion Contracture Deformity of Knee Joint-Report of 148 Cases

本文报道了我科自1958年至1989年对脊髓灰质炎股四头肌瘫痪致膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形148例的治疗,5～15°86例,16～30°59例,31～45°7例,46～90°3例。手术方法是转移肌腱同时行多种软组织松解术等纠正140例,截骨术者仅8例。经8～29年的随访,获得满意效果。讨论中分析发生屈曲挛缩的原因,以及治疗的目的和意义,提出了以软组织松解为主的手术方法,广泛应用截骨术是不可取的;介绍了预防并发症的经验。

One hundred arid forty-eight patients with knee joint flexion contracture deformities resulting from paralysis of quadriceps muscle of thigh as a sequela of poliomyelitis were treated in our department from 1958 to 1989. The knee joint flexion was 5-15° in 86 cases,16-30° in 59, 31-45° in 7, and 46-90° in 3. To correct the deformity, various operations of soft tissue releases were performed in 140 patients, and osteotomies only in 8, with tendon transfer performed in all cases. Satisfactory results were recorded over a follow-up period of 8 to 29 years.
