肌腱移位术中一些问题的探讨

Discussion of Problems in Musculotendon Transfer

我科从1984年～1988年采用肌腱移位治疗儿麻后遗肌肉瘫疾117例,对臀肌、股四头肌、小腿三头肌的功能重建292人次,上肢功能重建8人次,其它22人次。获随访86例,随访时间4～半年,以肌腱移位术前后功能、肌力变化和肌力增加程度综合判断疗效,其中“优”24例,“良”47例,“好”14例。作者对肌腱生物力学、腱固定方法进行探讨,强调这类患者应在畸形矫正和关节稳定后,全面肌力检查基础上,从生物力学来行腱移位。

During 1984-1988,117 cases of musculotendon transfer for treatment of postpoliomyelitic paralysis had been done in our department. 86 cases were follow-up from 6 months to 4 years after operation, among them 24 cases had excellent results, 47 were good and 14 were fair. The biomechanies of the musculotendon and the method of its fixation were discussed. It was emphasized that transfer of musculotendon should be done according to the biomechanics after correction of deformity and stabilization of joint.
