用TP801单板机在线监测砂轮耐用度

摘要 本文用 TP801单板机对砂轮耐用度判断指标 A_n/F_n~—在线监测进行研究。提出了切入磨在线监测中,存在过渡过程问题的原因、条件和解决的办法,解决了在线实时监测中的误判问题,实现了外圆切入磨削在线监测.在线分析实验证明,该系统性能稳定,结构简单. In the present paper,the standard of criterionA_n/_n it is a redress life of griding wheel was made a study of on-line monitoring with TP-801 computer on slice .In addition,this paper point,out the reason and condition which caused the transition pro- ccss and its resolved method during on-line nonitoring in plunge grinding,and also succ.esfully eliminated misjudgement.Thercfore the on-line monitoring of the cylindrical plunge grinding is relized.The on-line monitoring experiments proved that the system is stable in performance and simple in structure.
