摘要
农业技术措施对于小麦蛋白质含量和蛋白质品质具有显著影响。迄今为止的研究证明,通过综合性的农业技术措施,提高籽粒蛋白质含量和改善蛋白质品质是可能的。中国对于小麦蛋白质的研究刚刚起步,借鉴国外先进的研究成果,可以加快我们研究的进程。
Agronomic practices substantially affect protein content and protein quality of wheat. The results obtained up to now show that it is possible to increase protein content and protein quality of wheat grain by using Comprehensive agricultural methods based on the certain yield or with increase of yield. Althoug-h the study of wheat.protein has just . sta-rted in China, much progress will be made by using the experiences from deve loped countries for reference.
