160例鄂西土家族胎儿部分器官重量的测量

Measu Ement of Organ Weight of 160 Fetuses of Tujia Nationlity in Exi Autonomous Prefecture

本文在对鄂西土家族160例雷弗奴尔引产的月份为4至10月胎儿外形测量的基础上,对其部分器官的共十四个项目(心、肝、脾、左右肺、左右肾、左右肾上腺、左右睾丸、子宫、胸腺、脑)的重量进行了测定,经统计学处理,得出各月份组的名测量器官的平均重量,并分析了测器官重量的生长速值、速率,还建立了胎儿与各测量项之间的回归方程.

The fourteen items of ten organs, the heart, liver,spleen, lung (right and left ) , kidney(right and left),adrend gland(right and left), testis(right and left),uterus, thymus and brain of 160 freshly induced abotion fetuses (82 males,78 females) ranged from 4 to 10 months were weighed on the balance scale. The data were statistically managed,the mean value of each-tiem were got. Meantime, the author did analysis about growth value, growth rate. In addition, the regression equation of each item to fetal age has been established.
