An Anatomical Study of The Retrotracheal Space

本文对35例成人气管后腔和气管后隐窝进行了观测.气管后腔为气管后壁至1～5胸椎体前缘之间的腔隙.气管后腔的深度从上至下逐渐加深,平均深度为18.68±4.03mm.气管后隐窝位于气管后壁与食管右侧之间,由肋胸膜和纵隔胸膜凹陷转折而成.是上浅下深的凹槽形,其内由右肺上叶后缘充填.

The retrotrachea1 space and the ret rotracheal gap were studied on 35 adults cadavers. The retrotradical space is the interspace between thepo -sterior tracheal wall and the. anterior border of the 1st to 5th thoracic vertebra. Normally the width of the ret rot radical space is gradually in -creasing from 1st to 5th thoracic Vcrtabra, averaging 1 8. 68 + 4. 03mm. The retrotra theal gap lies behind the posterior tracheal wall and at the right of ceso hhagus.lt is formed with the mediastinul pleura and cost pleura caving in and turning between the tw'o fo Triers.And it is filled with the posteriorfringe of the superior lobe, of the right lung.
