摘要
在压榨辊失效分析的基础上,对电接触加热表面熔化处理进行了研究。结果表明,表面熔化处理后的硬化层的硬度梯度平缓,耐磨性高。经此种处理的甘蔗压榨辊,使用寿命可提高一倍以上。
on the basis of the failure analysis for milling roller, the electric contact heating surface melting treatment was investigated. The results showed that the hardening layer has better hardness gradient and high wear resistance. The service life of sugar milling roller treated with this process can be increased more than two times.
