摘要
本文对一种新型低合金铸铁——P—Cu—Cr—Ti合金铸铁的耐磨性能进行了研究。使用MM200磨损试验机在润滑条件下对合金铸铁的耐磨性进行了系统的试验,探讨了载荷及摩擦行程的影响。借助光学显微镜、EPM810电子探针分析仪等观察了磨损表面形貌及磨痕截面近表层的变化,对它的磨损过程及耐磨机理进行了分折。研究结果表明:P—Cu—Cr—Ti合金铸铁的耐磨性优于HT20—40,是一种适用的优良低合金耐磨铸铁。
This paper deals with a new type of low alloy cast iron contained Cr, Cu and Ti. Its wear resistance is explored thoroughly and systematically by using a MM200 Wear Test Machine in the presence of lubricant. The effects of load and friction distance to wear resistance are investigated. The wear surface topograph and near surface variation of wear trace section are observed by using optical microscope and EPM810 electron probe analyzer The test results show.that the wear resistance of the low, alloy cast iron s much better than that of HT20—40, therefore, it is a good wear resistanct material and can be widely used in industry.
