试论充分-最优就业

On Full/Efficient Employment

本文认为,充分就业和最优就业是完善我国劳动就业制度的两个必须兼顾的目标。提出了实现这一目标的条件,而这些条件必须通过经济体制改革来造就,联系我国目前的实际,充分-最优就业只能在现有条件下有差别、分层次地逐步实现。

This paper holds that consideration must be given to both full employmant and efficient employment in order to consummate our system of employment. The conditions of their realization are also given in this paper. Those conditions can be achieved only through the reformation of our economic system. And full/efficient emlpoyment can be gradually realized at different levels under the current situation of our country.
