摘要
本文总结了社科部在建校初期困难的条件下探索社科公共课教学改革的路子,在教学管理方面逐步形成了自己的特色与风格,有效地运用了系统论的理论。主要是:1、合理设置课程,形成了公共理论必修课、选修课和经常性讲座三层次的社科课程结构;2、通过借、聘、调组成少而精的师资队伍,努力挖潜,最大限度地调动教师的积极性;3、把教学改革、整治教学环境、教书育人三方面有机的结合,从而提高了社科公共课的教学质量及其整体性和有机性。
In the initial stage of the founding of the university when situations were still trying, the Social Sciences Department investigated and studied the way to reform the method of teaching and learning the subjects concerned as a college, general theoretical course and formed gradually a kind of its own characteristics and style by applying effectively the theory of systematology to practice. This paper summarizes the afore-said studies mainly as follows, firstly, forming an appropriate multi-leveled course structure: the compulsory general theoretical courses, the elective courses and the periodical lectures; secondly, organizing a small-number-but-high-quality teaching staff by way of inviting, engaging and transferring teachers to bring every positive factor into full play; thirdly, combining the reformation of teaching and learning method, the renovation of teaching and learning environment and the strengthening of moral education while teaching into an organic whole. Those measures lead to upgrading its quality of teaching and learning, its integration and organism.
