摘要
为解决立筒库储粮降温难、易结拱、易发生粉尘爆炸和熏蒸杀虫难等技术问题。选用LFZ—1—3.5~#排风扇,下进上吸式通风形式。利用热气流向上和粮堆上行式吸风形成负压差,在筒库底部的出粮口上垂直安装一条圆锥形卸料减压管,管壁透气面要适应通风要求。这项成果具有投资少,电耗低,效果显著等特点。
In order to solve the problems of lowering the temperature, clumping, dust explosion and fumigation in silo, LFZ-1-3.5 axial fan was used and up-flow aeration method was adopted to draw the hot airflow upward through the grain bulk. The negative pressure difference was formed in the grain bulk as a result of the exhaustion of the fan at the silo. A taper cone-shape reducing pressure duct was installed vertically on the discharge outlet which was located at the bottom of silo. The duct made of steel plate should have sufficient surface area to meet the requirement of aeration. The aeration technique has the advantages of less investment, low power consumption, efficient and easy operation.
