摘要
近年来,随着肿瘤热疗研究的进展,其治疗增益已得到广泛的承认并用于临床。作者于1985年9月到1986年1月采用三联治疗方案治疗食管癌34例,报告及讨论如下。
Thirty-four cases of esophageal cancer were treated by combination of radiation, chemotherapy, and hyperthermia (triple therapy;) from 1985 to 1986. Hyperthermia was performed with a 915 MHz intracavitary microwave applicator with multi-sensor thermocouples for thermometry. The temperature at the tumor margin was 43° to 44° C, while on the surface of tumor, it reached 44° to 48.5° C. The chemotherapy regime was PYM, 20 mg/session,i.m. and DDP, 1.0 to 1.5 mg/kg/session i.v.. Hyperthermia and chemotherapy were given simultaneously within 30 min after 500 cGy of radiation. Three modalities were given once a week for six sessions.The over-all response rate (CR+PR) Was 94.2% (32/34) and the 1,2 and 3 year survival rates were 74% (25/34) ,44% (15/34) and 23.5% (8/34) , respectively. Among them were 23 patients with untreated lesions giving'1,2 and 3 year survival rates of 83% (19/23) and 48% (11/23) and 26% (6/23) , respectively .
