头颈部癌加速及超分割放射治疗的进展
摘要
目前每周5次,每次1.8～2Gy的常规放疗技术已广泛应用于头颈部癌症的治疗上,但变更剂量和分割方式的临床研究并不因此而减少或停顿。由于认识到肿瘤细胞和正常组织对分割照射反应的不同与细胞亚致死性损伤的修复,再增殖、细胞周期的再分布和再充氧(即4“R”)有关。
