摘要
以铜合金球墨铸铁制造高强韧性车用480高速柴油机曲轴的研究表明.对含Cuo.6~0.8%的球铁,经870~890℃低碳奥氏体化正火(空冷),Y试块和曲轴本体的机械性能可稳定地达到α_b≥850MPa,δ≥3.0%,α_k≥30J/cm^2。
A high strength and ductility copper alloyed ductile iron used in making 480 diesel engine crankshaft -was studied.The results show that the copper alloyed ductile iron with, copper contents of 0.60-0.80% ,by low carbon austenitizing normalizing (air Cooling), give good comprehensive mechanical properties with tensile strength, elongation and toughness respectively bigger than 850 MPa, 3.0 percent and 30J/cm2 (Y-block tested).
