摘要
本文简要介绍制取容重小于130kg/m^3超轻硅酸钙的试验方法和控制条件。采用动态合成工艺,要求硅质材料SiO_2含量85~95%;钙质材料有效CaO含量90%以上;动态反应温度191℃(1.2兆帕)或以上,有足够的反应时间;生成硬硅钙石的二次粒子是大小为40~80μm占77%以上的活性稠浆,其组成的制品具有一定强度。且是无石棉制品,不污染环境和危害人体健康。
This article introduces experiment method and control conditions of manufacture the super-light calcium silicate, that specific gravity is smaller than 130kg/m^3. Using tendencies synthesize technology, so content must be percent 85~95 in the silicate material, content must be above percent 90 in the calcium material, tendencies reaction temperatur must be 191℃ (the pressure is 1.2 MPa)or above, and must have ample reaction time. This made active dense liguid, content the secondary particles of xonotlite, its diameter is about 40~80μm, is above percent 77. Made product is provided certain strength and dosen't content asbestors, thus dosen't pollute circumstance and hasn't an human body either.
