四川地区120例正常成人心脏收缩时间间期(STI)的微机检测正常值

NORMAL VALUE OF THE SYSTOLIC TIME INTERVAL OF HEART MEASURED WITH MICROCOMPUTER IN 120 NORMAL ADULTS IN SICHUAN PROVINCE

用APPle—Ⅱ型微机系统同步记录ECG、PCG、CPT,测定了120例正常成人(男60例、女60例)的心脏收缩时间间期(STI),并分析其与心率、性别的相关。结果:(1)女性较男性性有稍长的STI;(2)LVET、PEP/LVET、MST、EMl、PWTT性别差异非常显著;(3)LVET、PEP、MST与心率有非常显著的负相关,其余与心率相关较小或不相关,不必与心率校正。

Normal value of the systolic time interval(STI)of heart was measured in 120 normal adults(male 60, female 60)and the correlation of STI with heart rate and sex was analysed from the synchronously recorded ECG、PCG and CPT by the Apple-II microcomPuter. the results indicate:(1)STI is slightly loner in female than in male;(2)There is significant difference in sex in LVET、PEP/LVET、MST、EML、and PPWTT;(3)The LVET、PEP and MST are significantly negatively correlated to the heart rate. The rest parameters are related remotely or not to the heart rate, therefore their calibration by the heart rate is not necessary.
