摘要
根据骨盆倾斜度定义和几何原理,我科于1980年起试制骨盆倾斜度测量器。经7年的研制和临床应用,并与X光片测量对比分析。证实该仪器测量值与真实骨盆倾斜度呈线性正相关,r=0.6955。回归方程y=7.53543±1.1178x。能准确地估计骨盆倾斜度。该仪器制作工艺简单,结构合理,测量准确,使用方便,实用性强、成本低。仪器测量避免了X射线对胎儿的辐射损害,对解决骨盆倾斜度过大可致难产,提高产前诊断水平有重大意义。
By the definition of pelvis inclination degree and the principle of geometry, this research accomplished the development of a pelvis inclination surveyor for the first time in China in 1980. Through the seven-year development and clinical application and in comparison with X-ray measurement, it has been confirmed that the value measured by this surveyor shows a linear positive correlation with the real pevil inclination degree and a high correlation with its degree. It can accurately determine the real pevil inclination degree. It enjoys the advantages of a simple technique of manufacture, a reasonable structure, an accurate measurment, convenient and practical application and low cost.This surveyor, a substitute for the radiographic measurement, avoids the harm and damage of X-ray to embryos. It also avoids the difficulty and latour caused by too high a pevil inclination degree. Therefore it has a great siglificance of improving the diagnosis. skill of pre-labour.
