摘要
泛影延时剂(Bronchografin)家兔支气管造影经病理检查,仅引起肺、心、肝、肾一时性非特异性组织反应,部分样品经电镜超微结构检查无显著改变,造影前后血气分析结果亦无显著差异,证明本制剂不仅显影满意,而且是一种安全可靠无毒性的造影剂。
Pathological study of rabbits revealed that bronchography by bronchografin only caused transient nonspecific tissue reactions in the lungs, heart, liver and kidneys, and no significant ultra-structural change was found. Blood-gas analysis before and after tronchography made no significant difference. This animal experiment has proved that the bronchografin prepared by us not only displays the bronchus image satisfactorily, but is also a safe, non-toxic contrast medium.
