小鼠小肠绒毛表面积的定量研究

A QUANTITATIVE STUDY OF THE SURFACE AREA OF THE VILLI IN THE SMALL INTESTINE OF THE MICE

本文利用无偏体视学方法——垂直切片法定量研究了小鼠小肠绒毛的表面积密度和表面积等结果表明,小肠绒毛的表面积在上段、中段和下段分别比其相对应的浆膜面的表面积增了7.0、5.1和3.5倍;整个小肠绒毛的平均总表面积为259cm^2。

The surface area of the villi in the small intestine of the mice was quantitatively studied in the unbiased stereologicet method——vertical sections se ctions. The results showed that the surface area of the villi in the upper, middle and lower segments of the intestine was 7.0, 5.land 3.5 eimes respectively as large as that of the serosa and the mean eotal surface area of the villi in the whore intestine was about 259cm^2.
