摘要
本文回顾性总结120例脑出血急性期治疗体会。重点阐述了甘露醇的用药指针,用量和用药过程中遇到问题的预防及解决办法。主张采用大剂量脱水疗法为主的综合性治疗方法,以降低脑出血死亡率,减少致残率。
