脑瘤伴发癫痫25例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 25 CASES WITH TUMORS WITH EILEPSR

98例颅内肿瘤经手术相病理检查证实,本文报告25例脑瘤伴癫痫,主要发生在中年人,各类型脑瘤发生率百分比依次为:胶质瘤(64％),脑膜瘤(16％),垂体瘤(12％),转移性瘤(4％)和其他类型肿瘤(4％)。17例病人呈癫痫大发作,额顶部和颞叶为最常见的部位。

98 cases With intracrauial tumors Wereconfirmed by operation and Pathologic examination. This article reported 25 cases with tumors with eilepsy. They cccnr red mainly in middleaged. In the order of decreasing incidence, they were gliomas (64%), meningiomas (16%), pituitary adenomas (12%) metastatic tumors (4%) , and others (4%) . There were only 17 cases with grand mal. Frontal, Parietal and temporal lobes were the most frquent sites.
