眼球钝挫伤所致视神经萎缩(附3例报告)

OPTIC NERVE ATROPHY INDUCED BY THE CONTUSION OF EYEBALLS

本文报告3例眼球钝挫伤所致视神经萎缩。由于发现的早晚不一,及处理措施不同,最终结果也有所差异,并结合文献对其发病机理和治疗原则进行了探讨。

Three cases with optic nerve atrophy induced by the contusion of eyeballs were reported . Authors found that the therapeutic effect of these patients was variable because their courses of disease and treatment were different . we discussed the feasible pathogenesis and the principle of tre atment of the diseasel
