用OTA-C模拟单口理想接地阻抗的一般性电路结构

摘要 本文提出用OTA-C(跨导运算放大器)模拟单口理想接地阻抗Z(S)=±S^nX_n的一种一般性电路结构。电路结构规范化,元件数少,不用电阻,电容数为|n|,且都接地。对于n≥0,OTA数为n+1;对于n<0,OTA数为|n|+3。所实现的电路适于集成实现。 A general circuit structure is presented in this paper. Using OTA-C (operational transconductance amplifiers-c),an one- port ideal grounding with the impedance Z(S)=SnXn is simulated.Its advantages are standardization of the structure, the fewer number of elements, having no resistors, and that the number of the capacitor is |n|, also the capacitors are grounded. For n>0, the number of OTA is n+1 , and n<0 the number of OTA is |n|+3. It is suitable for the realization of integrated circuit.
