东方次睾吸虫电镜研究 Ⅳ.卵黄细胞发育

ELECTRON MICROSCOPE STUDIES OF METORCHUS ORIENTALIS——Ⅳ.THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE VITELLINE CELLS

本文应用透射电镜观察东方次睾吸虫的卵黄细胞。根据细胞器和内含物的存在情况,把卵黄细胞的发育过程划分为3个时期,并首次发现和描述了这3期卵黄细胞核的形态变化,为虫卵形成的生理机能提供形态基础,也为药物治疗效果的评价提供一种指标。文中对以卵黄细胞发育来评价药物治疗效果进行了讨论。

The ultrastructural comparative(size,nucleus,rough endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria,vitelline ball,and lipid)of three stages in the development of the vitelline cell of Metorchis orientalis has been described(Table.1.Fig.1～3) The number of the vitelline cell at different stages of development in vitelline lobule has been determined(Table.1,2). The concave nucleus was first found in mature vitelline cell,third stage (Fig.2). The discussion correlates the development in the vitelline cell with the effects in treatment.
