SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY OF NEMATODES——5.THREE SPECIES OF TRICHOCEPHALUS

本文对采自上海绵羊和猪的球毛首线虫和猪毛首线虫,以及扬州尸检的人毛首线虫进行扫描电镜观察。对口孔、角质矛、横纹、生殖孔、肛孔、交合刺鞘和刺、以及交合剌等超微结构作了描述。讨论了口孔、角质矛、吸盘样构造和交合刺鞘刺等结构。

The adult worms of Trichocephalus globulosa Linstow,1901 and T.suis Schrank,1788 were obtained from a sheep and pigs rcspectively in Shanghai.The adult worms of T.trichiura(L.1771)were obtained from a human corpse in Yang- zhou,Jiangsu Province. The ultrastructure of the oral opening,stylet(Figs.2,3),transverse cuticular striations(Figs.2～5,8,12),genital pore(Fig.6)anus(Fig.7),spicular sheath and spines(Figs.9～11,13～15),as well as spicule(Figs.12,16)is observed. A discussion of the structure of oral opening,stylet,sucker-like structure (Fig.4)and spicular sheath is appended.
