摘要
硝基多环芳烃是分布广泛的环境污染物,需要有一套有效的方法将它们从环境中检测出来。本文描述了一系列单硝基,二硝基苯并[E]芘类化合物的同分异构体以及它们衍生物的高效液相色谱分析(HPLC)分离特性。在反相 HPLC 分离时,其保留时间的长短是:(1)单硝基同分异构体长于二硝基同分异构体:(2)硝基在3号位和4号位上的单硝基化合物长于硝基在1号位上的同分异构体;(3)四氢苯并[E]芘的硝基衍生物长于苯并[E]芘的硝基衍生物。在正相 HPLC 分离时,这些化合物的分离特性同反相 HPLC 相反。这说明了分子结构和极性可能是决定其 HPLC 分离保留时间的主要因素。
Nitro-PAHS are widespread toxic environmental contaminants.They may be hazardous to human health.It is important to develop analytical methodologies to detect these compounds in the environment.In this paper,we describe the separation of the geometric isomers of a series of mono-and diNO_2-Bep and their 9,10,11,12-H_4-Bep derivatives by reversed-and normal-phase HPLC.The retention times of compounds in the reversed-phase HPLC are:(1)monoNO_2- isomers>the diNO_2-Compounds;(2)3-and 4-mono NO_2-compounds>the 1-iso- mers;and(3)the NO_2-derivatives from H_4-Bep>those from Bep.The retention times of these Compounds in normal-phase HPLC are in a reversed order.Thus, our results suggest that structure and polarity of these compounds is the prin- cipal factors for determining the HPLC retention time.
