摘要
木文研究了五种豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)的核型,核型公式可归纳为2n=2x=14=10m+4sm,属于基本对称型染色体组型。其中食荚青豌无随体,其他四种均有随体。从细胞学上证明食荚青豌为原始类型,其余均为进化类型。
The karyotypes of five types of peas (Pisum sativum L.)have been studied in this paper.The results show that all of the five types of peas belong to the symmetrical gemeno and could be expressed by 2n=2x=14=10m+4sin.Among them,Green Edible Pod Pea does not bear the satellite,but the others do.Fur- thermore,the results of the study also could prove that Green Edible Pod Pea is a more primitive type and the others are more evolutive according to cytology.
