应用ELISA间接法检测抗IBDV单克隆抗体

DETECTIVING THE MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY OF IBDV BY USING ELISA TEST

本文用 ELISA 间接法,研究并建立了抗鸡传染性法氏囊病毒单克隆抗体的检测体系。实验证明,该法具有简便、灵敏、迅速、特异性强、准确性高及重复性好的优点。是研究筛选抗 IBDV单抗杂交瘤细胞的可靠方法。

By use of ELISA test,a detective and remedy system by using McAb of IBDV has been set up and studied.The all of experiments have proved that this way has the advantage of easiness,sensitivity,speed,idiosyncrasy,accuracy and repetition.This is a reliable method to select the hybridoma cells for McAb of IBDV.
