摘要
摘要本文研究了IAA与ZT、BA及2iPA的各种不同浓度组合对“北早”、“402”番茄离体叶组织发生器官的影响。结果表明:“北早”叶圆片不定芽分化能力最强时激素浓度组合分别为:IAAlmgL^(-1)ZTlmgL^(-1),IAA0.2mgL^(-1) BA2mgL^(-1),IAA0.4mgL^(-1)2ipA2mgL^(-1);“402”要求的组合为IAAO.4mgL^(-1) ZTlmgL^(-1),IAA0.4mgL^(-1) BAlmgL^(-1)及IAAO.2mgL^(-1) 2ipA2mgL^(-l)。在供试的浓度范围内,3种细胞分裂素对番茄叶圆片分化不定芽的诱导能力表现为:ZT>BA>2ipA。
ABSTRACT The effect of various combinations of different IAA and ZT, BA and 2iPA concen- tration on the organgenesis from the leaf disks of tomato“north early”and“402”have been studied. The results indicate that the optimal shoot regeneration from“north early”leaf disks are these improved MS medium contained IAA 1mgL^-1 ZT mgL^-1; IAAO. 2mgL^-1 BA 2mgL^-1 and IAA 0.4mgL^-1 2iPA 2mgL^-1 respectively. But for the tomato“402”are those medium contained IAA 0.4mgL^-1 ZT ImgL^-1; IAA 0. 4mgL^-1 BA 1mgL^-1 and IAA 0.2mgL^-1 2iPA 2mgL^-1. For the efficency of indu- cing shoot-forming capacity from tomato leaf disks, the three cytokinine can be arranged from higher to lower as follows: ZT>BA>2iPA.
