重型格林巴利氏综合征的抢救体会

STUDY ON SERIOUS CASES WITH GHILLAIN BARRE SYNDROME

本文报导格林一巴利氏综合征83例,其中重型44例,占53％。重型中伴有呼吸肌及颅神经麻痹者38例(45.79％),伴呼吸肌麻痹者6例(7.23％。呼吸肌麻痹是本病主要死亡原因,目前临床上无特殊治疗法。急性期需采用综合性措施,以协助病人渡过危险期,使绝大多数重型患者转危为安,获得生存的机会。

This paper reports 83 cases with Guillaln Barre syndrome. 44 cases are serious (accouting for 53 percent) among which 38 cases company with the paralysis of respiratory muscle and cranial nerves (accouting for 45.79 percent) and 6 cases company with the paralysis of respiratory nmuscle (accohtiing for 7.23 percent) .The main cause of death result from the paralysis of respiratory muscle no specific treatment can be anailable clivically.The general treatment may make most patients in dangerous period recover.
