手部肿瘤的诊治(附18例报告)

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF HAND TUMOR

本文总结了18例手部肿瘤,其中良性肿瘤12例,恶性肿瘤6例。发病年龄多在10～30岁,累及部位以手掌及腕部为多。认为对于手部肿瘤的诊断应以临床、X线及病理相结合为原则,在治疗上应强调早期手术,而对术后有功能损害尤以拇指功能丧失者,应尽可能行功能重建。

This paper was based upon 18 cases with hand tumors, among which 12 cases were benign, 6 cases were malignant. The ages of most patients ranged from 10 to 30 years old. Most tumors were located at wrist and palm. It is reccommended that the diagnosis of hand tumor should be combined with clinic, X-ray and pathological examination. Early operation is most advisable and function rebuilding shoull be carried out as early as possible in the case of less function after operation, especially less thumb function.
