摘要
本文简要地叙述了该激光器的技术指标,基本原理及结构特性.着重讨论了气体比分,气压、温度,放电电流强度及谐振腔参数对功率输出的影响.还简要地说明了机械、光学及电器部件安装、调试的方法和步骤.
This article relates the technical specifications,the basic principle and the structural features of the laser.It discusses particularly the effects of the proportion of the gas components,the pressure,the tem- perature,the intensity of the discharging current and the resonator parameters upon the power output. The methods and steps in installing and adjusting the mechanical,optical and electrical units are briefly explained.
