摘要
本期的领头文章《汉字全息码》是一篇重大发明的专利报告。汉字编码是一个世界难题,大半个世纪以来,国内外众多的专家、学者陆续提出数百套汉字编码方案,其目的是为了使具有五千多年历史的中国方块汉字及古今中国文化,能运用电报、电传、电脑等近现代科技手段传递信息,以促进东西方文明的伟大交流。现在,我们自豪地向世界宣告:先进的理想化的“汉字全息码”,已在中华大地上诞生。而这一具有重大意义的发明,创造者竟是年仅15岁的中国女少年杜冰蟾。有了“汉字全息码”,汉语成为国际通用语的灿烂前景犹如旭日临窗,曙光照耀在东方的地平线上。
This invention refers to the coding of Chinese characters, and concretely speaking,it refers to the holographic code of Chinese characters. Based on a character's radical and its order of strokes, this coding uses the character's phonetic transcription or strokes to classify and reduce it, and finally determines its position in a certain region.Without using any pithy formulas, this invention, which follows well-known common sense and convention, uses the 100 radicals which are known to every pupil and have the highest using frequencies. According to the alphabetic arrangement of the first alphabets of the radicals and the arrangement of the eight kinds of strokes which form the first parts of these radicals and the number of their strokes, a table of radicals is compiled. Considering the various possible applications of the code, we also compile Holographic Code Ⅰ and Holographic Code Ⅱ, which can be used in general computers. The characteristics of this code are its universality, low cost, less number to touch keys, low rate of repeated codes, and wide fields of applications.
