摘要
本文根据试验模态分析技术,对 X 8132万能工具铣床的动态特性进行了研究.分别用稳态正弦、瞬态脉冲和伪随机三种激振方法,对铣床进行了动态试验.测试教据在信号处理机上进行了处理;识别出了铣床的模态参数和各阶模态振型;找出了铣床结构的主要薄弱模态和薄弱部件.针对铣床的薄弱部件,进行了结构动态特性的改进设计.改进后的切削对比试验表明,铣床的动态特性有了显著提高.
This paper deals with the dynamic characteristics of the X8132 universal milling machine based on the experimental model analysis technology.The dynamic experiments were performed by steady-state sine excitation,the pulse excitation and the relative pseudorandom excitation.The test data were processed on a signal processor,identifing the model parameters and the mode shapes;the weak modes and the weak parts were found.Having found these weak parts,we processed some projects to modify the structural dynamic characteristics.After modifying,the result of contrast cutting-test shows that the dynamic characteristics of the milling machine is largely enhanced.
