摘要
本文以实验研究成果为基础,论述应用国产 D 401螯合型离子交换树脂处理多组元氯化物溶液体系,分离提取贵重金属铟.通过实验确认该种树脂对铟具有良好的选择吸着性,记述了在低 pH 值条件下,树脂对 In^(3+)、Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)Zn^(2+)等几种金属离子在盐酸介质中的选择性顺序.交换热力学和动力学的研究表明,树脂吸着铟的过程服从 Freundlich 吸附等温式和膜扩散机理.介绍了 pH 值和共存金属离子对树脂吸着铟的影响.提出了采取“分级梯度洗脱再生法”实现铟与锌、镉分离;采取“重复交换法”提高洗脱液含铟浓度,使之达到满足工业生产海棉金属铟的要求.
This article deals with the selective separation from solution system of multicompon -ent chlorides by means of D401 chelating ion-exchange resin (Chinese commercial pro- duct).It has been found through the test of screening resins that this resin exhibits a favorable adsorption ability for indium.In the low range of pH,the selectivity seq- q uence was Presented for In,Cu,Pb,Cd and Zn in HCL medium.The researches on th- ermodynamics and kinetics of ion-exchange have been carried out by the batch method; the results indicate that the adsorption process of indium obeys Freundlich s isotherm, and is controlled by film diffusion mechanism.The effects of pH and co-existing ions on the adsorption of indium are discussed,It is suggested that the “gradient-elution- and-regeneration method” he used for the separation of indium from zinc and ca- dmium.The “Repeating Exchange Process” was recommended to meet the requirement of producing metallic sponge indium in industry.
