摘要
研究双轴滑移齿轮机构变位系数的选择理论,是合理设计这种机构的关键问题.本文采用移距变位法,着重研究:单一的双轴滑移齿轮机构(图1)Ⅱ轴上最大与最小齿轮的最大许用齿数差,该机构最大传动比与最小传动比之差的最大许用传动比差,机构各齿轮变位系数的选择及必须满足的条件.并结合实例阐述串联双轴滑移齿轮机构(图2)能通过移距变位实现传动的条件及几何尺寸计算的方法与步骤.
A Study of the theory of choosing modification coefficient of double shaft move wheel gear is the key to the rational design of this mechanism.This article lays emphasis on single double shaft slide and move wheel gear by using the method of move distance and modification(Fig.1),the permit maximal different number of the teeth between the maximum and the smallest of the gear on Shaft Ⅱ,the permit maximal transmission ratio difference of this mechanism between the maximal and the smallest trans- mission ratio,the choice of midification coefficient and the necessary condittions.the article deals also with serial double shaft slide and move wheel gear with illustrations(Fig.2).Through move distance and modification,the condition of transmission,the count method and step of the geometry size can be achieved.
