湿润烧伤膏在门诊应用(附82例报告)

湿润烧伤疗法是治疗烧伤较为理想的方法,本文通过对门诊82例小面积烧伤治疗分析,以5例为典型,论述了湿润烧伤疗法在门诊正确的应用及其机理。认为湿润烧伤暴露疗法具有止痛、消炎、不需植皮、不受环境限制、使用方便,对广大基层、厂矿卫生单位有推广价值。

Moist exposed therapy is an ideal method for treating burns. This paper analyzes 82 cases of small area burn. A discussion on the mechanism of the therapy and the application of MEBO is presented. The author concludes that moist ex- posed therapy has analgesic and antiinflammatory effects. No skin grafting and no special facilities are needed. It is convenient for use in grass-roots clinics such as in factories and mining areas.
