一例特重烧伤晚期应用湿润烧伤膏治疗的体会

MEBO FOR TREATING A CASE OF EXCEPTIONALLY SEVERE BURN AT THE LATER STAGE

我科于1989年5月早期切痂微粒皮移植大张异体皮覆盖四肢焦痂创面,躯干保痂53天始用湿润暴露疗法,局部涂湿润烧伤膏,取得了出乎意料的效果。不仅避免了切痂累及胸腔的危险,而且有17％的浅Ⅲ°创面自行愈合。伤后半年取病理检查:愈后皮肤结构完整,有皮肤附件。对截指残端骨外露创面的治疗也取得了满意效果。成功抢救了一例全身大面积烧伤92/77的特重患者。

In May 1989, our department treated a case of exceptionally severe burn with MEBO. Early excision of scab, skin grafting, covering the eschar in the four limbs with al log raft of large skin. Ap-plication of MEBO started on the 53rd day. The result was unexpectedly satisfactory. 17% of the superficial 3rd degree burn wounds healed spontaneously. After 6 months, pathological ex-aminations proved that the skin had complete ap-pendages. The wound of finger amputation end-ing with exposed bone had also well healed. The victim with 92/77 large area burn had been saved.
