皮瓣、肌皮瓣在早期深度电烧伤修复中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF SKIN FLAP AND MUSCULOCUTANEOUS FLAP IN THE RE-PAIR OF DEEP ELECTRIC BURNS AT EARLY STAGE

本文报告7例颌颈及四肢严重电接触烧伤创面,应用轴型皮瓣,肌皮瓣及游离皮瓣修复的方法,避免了出血与截肢,效果满意。同时叙述了对创面的修复、皮瓣的选择以及术中术后有关事项的处理,并结合有关文献进行了论述。

7 cases of severe electric burns in jaw, neck and four limbs had been repaired using axial flap, musculocutaneous flap and free skin flap with sat-isfactory results. Amputation and hemorrhage had been avoided. A discussion on the treatment of the wound, selection of the flap and points for at-tention during the operation and post-operation period is presented and literature cited.
