烧(创)伤病人血浆蛋白与胶体渗透压的相关分析

CORRELATION ANALYSIS BETWEEN PLASMA PROTEINS AND COLLOID OSMOTIC PRESSURE IN BURNS AND TRAUMATIC PATIENTS

本文通过对122例烧(创)伤病人血清蛋白与胶体渗透压的测定和相关性分析,总蛋白和白蛋白以及它们的综合系数都与胶体渗透压呈高度正相关,并分别求出它们的直线回归方程:Y_(cop mmHg)=2.45×(总蛋白g/dl)+5.81Y_(cop mmHg)=3.44×(白蛋白g/dl)+8.45Y_(cop mmHg)=0.67×(综合系数)+7.19综合系数:每lg/dl球蛋白积1分,每lg/dl白蛋白积5分,上述三个方程的可信限均大于95％。

Determination results of plasma proteins and its COP with correlation analysis between them in 122 burns and traumatic patients was reported.
