应用湿润烧伤膏治愈骨外露五例报告

REPORT ON APPLICATION OF THE MOIST BURN OINTMENT TO TREATMENT 5 PATIENTS WITH THE BONES EXPOSED

本文介绍我科于1989年,先后接收钢水烧伤、电弧烧伤、冰醋酸烧伤、汽油火焰烧伤、火炕热压伤所致骨外露病人五例。骨外露面积为0.3×0.6～6×4cm^2。病人在伤后25～143天开始应用徐荣祥所研制的湿润烧伤膏治疗10～40天而愈。该药对烧伤所致的小面积骨外露治愈率达100％。

The article deals with the treatment of five burn patients with the bones exposed in 1 989 in our hospital They were respectively burned by steel water, electric arch, glacial acetic acid,petrol fire and press of heated bric bed. Their bone ex-posed areas ranged from 0.3x 0.6 to 6 x 4 cm2. After 25-143 days after burning, they were treated with the Moist Burn Ointmem. 10 to 40 days after, the wounds healed. The ointment was proved to be effective in treating the bone ex-poseed wounds of small area.
