摘要
校企合作是高职院校谋求发展、大力提高育人质量的重要举措,而"订单培养"模式又是校企合作的一项重要内容,通过订单培养可以让学生的理论与实践充分结合,有针对性的学习和就业,学校也可以顺利推进校企合作走向深度融合。本文立足武汉商业服务学院校企合作中形成的几种"订单培养"模式进行分析,以求具有科学性、特色性、创新性的校企合作新模式,促进教学改革不断深化,增强高等职业教育活力、推动专业建设和发展。
School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure for the development and improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. Order-style training model, a cardinal part of school-enterprise cooperation, can integrate students' theory with practice and target their study and employment, by which schools push school-enterprise cooperation forward. This paper explores scientific, featured and original school-enterprise cooperation models with an analysis of several order-style training models to deepen teaching reform and enhance the dynamism and promote the professional development in higher vocational colleges.
