摘要
城市地质灾害应在地质环境主题特征上展开分析.对土地利用进行科学的控制.使之与地质环境保持协调,从而可减缓灾害. 本文认为:研究预测理论在灾害评价中的应用,采用先进监测技术作为灾害动态研究的手段以及将灾害预测评价上升为械市防灾系统规划,应作为城市地质灾害预测与防治的主要技术途径.
Urban geological hazard should be analyzed on the basis of revealing the leading char actcristics of geological environment and followed their availabilities, hierarchical struc turcs and dynamic changes. The typical features of urban geological hazard indicate that the only way for disaster mitigation is to coordinate with natural conditions, in which land use control can be considered as key point.This paper suggested that studying of the application of prediction theories in hazard evaluation; useing monitoring observation to hazard dynamic change; transferring the information related to hazards evaluation and prediction into mitigation planning be regarded as the primary technical approach to urban geological hazard prediction and mitigation. The planning of urban disaster mitigation system mainly covers environmental management, land use control and hazard countermeasurres, among these the first and the second arc the important factors.
