摘要
本文论述了地质灾害的含义、类型,地质灾害的概况以及对社会经济发展和人类活动的影响.并通过实例证明了外力作用形成的地质灾害是可以预报的.最后提出了地质灾害防治对策和建议.
The implication, type, general situation and effect factors of the geological hazard (GH) and their effects on the social economic development and human activities are discussed. Examples are analyzed to demonstrate that the GH due to external agency can be forecasted. It is considered that in order to forecast the GH well, we must launch a movement in the nation wide for the popular education of the prevention knowledge of the GH, intensify the studies on their regional characteristics and carry out the researches on forecast criteria and prevention for the geological hazard. Finally, the following ways to relieve the GH: 1. establishing pervention and cure law of the GH, 2. setting up a department organization on the prevention of the GH, 3. intensifying the studies on the disaster geology, and improving the forecast and prevention level of the GH were suggested.
