震后唐山市城市地质灾害与防治对策

URDAN GEOLOGICAL HAZARDS AND IT'S COUTERMCASURES IN TANGSHAU CITY AFTER 1976 EARTHQUAKE

本文叙述了震后唐山市城市地质灾害的现状,并分析了其对城市建设的影响和危害,提出了针对性的防治措施。

There are hundreds of plants and mines in Tangshan city which is famous for its coal and porcelain in China and was ruined by the great earthquake in 1976. With the rapid reconstruction after the earthquake, it produced a large of urban geological problems. The widely distributed collapses, waste coal mountains, quarries and waste sites occupied lands and polluted the environment. Plants and enterprises produced a large of 'three wastes* polluted the environment serieouly. The growth of populations and uses in industrials makes water resources shortage day by day. Especially the acting of the six faults that cross the city, the relics of paleo-earthquake and the underground karst caves make the region unstable. So these questions must be considered in the city planing and constructions.For protecting the environment it is suggested that the regional stability must be appraised, collapse, waste coal dust and dregs must be controlled and used synthesically, and the water uses managed unitarily.
