摘要
本文利用熔体微元在流场中的上下层停留时间分布解决了能量方程中的热对流项问题,并用超松驰法解出了二维速度场。经实验验证,本文提出的数学模型可以用于平槽中非牛顿非等温流场的仿真及设计,如可简化成平槽流动的挤出螺杆、注射模具和挤出机头等实际问题。
Heat-convection part of energy equation was resolved in this article by using residence time distribution of melt micro -clusters between upper and lower layers of flow field , and 2-dimension speed field was done by using super-relax method. The mathematical model, provided in this paper, has been proved by test that it can be used to imitate and design non-newtonian and non-isothermal flow field in flat channel, L. G. the problem of extruder screw、 injection mould、extruder die and so on, which all can be simplified into flat -channel flowing.
